I’m always finding ways to sprinkle UX into everything I do.

Also, I love trying new food. How about you?

I eat UX for breakfast!

Hi, I’m Cindy, a User Researcher and Designer. I studied UI/UX Design at Springboard. My education in psychology helps me tell user stories with data.

I am hungry to learn UX. My morning breakfasts are listening to UX Research podcasts. Here, I learn research methods from UX professionals.

I find creative ways to apply UX principles to my customer facing role. Currently, I work in the Services & Administration team at Apple. Everyday, I interact with hundreds of employees.

Every Monday, I observe new employees use our internal apps. When employees encounter a challenge, I ask them to think-a-loud while completing their task. After, I relay observations and user feedback to the app’s design team.

I also participate in User Acceptance Testing at Apple, where I use new apps and file radars for bugs and relay feedback in meetings with the engineering team.

I believe that everyone can find ways to learn if they truly want to. I am inspired by “Zero to UX” a YouTube channel for people from non-traditional backgrounds to learn how to start their own research projects and launch their career into UX.

I support other designers at Design Buddies, an inclusive community for designers from all backgrounds to connect, learn, and participate in professional development.

I’m excited to tell you more about how I add UX methods to my work.

Let’s set up a call and talk!
